I live in Dallas, Texas.

Yes, it's on purpose.

I know, I can't believe it either. Dallas doesn't pay attention, they are too busy chasing L.A. or getting highlights.

I often lie to my friends in New York and tell them that the love of my life dragged my east coast Jewish ass from New York City, kicking and screaming all the way to Texas, land of concealed weapons, Jesus and the F-450 (its a truck) and I am actually being held here against my will.

But....it's not nice to tell lies.

I will uncover the hidden gems and tiny bits of cool that live in this mediocre city if it kills me. I will pay attention.

Because I am not leaving anytime soon according to the man holding me captive here.
